Hi All,
I'd love to know your advice on this one. I have a candidate that is 5 months pregnant. Do I communicate this to my client? If so, when?
When I put her resume forward do I include she is 5 months pregnant?
Do I wait until they have their first call and their is mutual interest?

Be careful. You don't want to find yourself in violation of equal opportunity laws. I think it comes down to, "Does her pregnancy prevent her from performing the job duties?" For example, will she be regularly required to lift 100lbs as part of her role? Assuming there is no similar physical requirement for the position, if it were me, I wouldn't say anything about her pregnancy, too much liability bringing it up.
