I believe it is important to incorporate the new ideas and techniques that people are using to become connected while still maintaining the old values and sourcing methods to be sure you are covering all your bases. Looking into the future, there will be a lot of factors that contribute to the job market and the future of recruiting as a whole, including web 2.0 and the nature of the economy. While keeping up with the changing technology, I plan on focusing on the values the recruiting industry was originally built on. My objective will always be what I was hired to do, which is provide an excellent service for my client. I will never push a candidate that I do not feel is a good match for my client just to make the sale. I pride myself on dedication to my clients and focusing on what is in their best interest before my own. Progressing to the future with that dedication, coupled with persistence and determination, my future in recruiting does not look anything but bright.
