My Future in Recruiting - Clover One World: What more could a Recruiter ask for?

I have been a Recruiter for 12 years. I’ve worked for several companies, but also I have always managed my own book of Business.

It includes Clients who I have a great relationship with, a database of new Candidates, but most important those who I have successfully represented and placed. Some of them I have placed several times over the course of their very successful careers.

No doubt, changes have affected all of us. In the past few years all I had to do was find the right Candidate, it was a Seller’s market!

Now, with the current global situation driving downsizing, lay-offs, hiring freezes, new clients are scarce and my job orders have dried up.

At the same time having been in the business for over a decade, I am constantly being contacted by highly qualified Candidates who are now looking for work.

What a difference a year makes.

At that point I really needed placements not just direct hire opportunities. Anything I could do to leverage my experience, so I also planned to focus on contract, and realized I could even use a payrolling partner.

Searching around for a payrolling partner I came across Clover One World Recruiter Network.

Looking into it I saw a way to work with major Oil & Gas operators, service companies and Alternative Energy firms who are Clover’s Clients and clients I can’t directly access. It also gave me ways to keep my business.

Going well beyond just their job orders, with Clover I get the financial backing for my own payrolling and contract placements, along with access to Clover Clients and Clover Candidates.

I considered several other companies in the business but landed on Clover.

With Clover I get:
• One of the best compensation plans available.
• Access to a health care plan.
• I am still independent.
• And a non-compete was not even required.
