I would love to say my future would be sitting on a beach recruiting on my iphone or laptop drinking a corona or perhaps a pina colada...and eventually I hope I have that luxury!!! Don't we all?? But really my future in recruiting requires alot of dedication and hard work before I can enjoy the luxuries technology has really given us recruiters like using the iphone to do your searching or texting or twittering to get your next hire. My future encompasses building quality relationships and sharing my passion for recruiting whether it be through an organization I co-founded in Tucson, for Tucson Professional Recruiters, or by sitting on the board for Arizona Professionals Recruiters. I want to share the tricks of the trade, the cutting edge technology and methods with other recruiters to make them successful in their day to day activities. I also want to continue to be an advocate for bringing recruiters to share their expereinces. My future is ever changing, and evolving to make me a and those around better Recruiters and using the gadgets around us to do this more efficently! I plan on continuing to be an active member of the recruiting community by attending conferences, gatherings and keeping up my professional skills by always being open to others opinons and ways that "the art of recruiting" is ever changing to truly help people find jobs and careers that they truly enjoy and love!

Your goals and accomplishments are excellent. As a senior marketing professional I'm just embarking on setting up a recruiting operation so your sharing is much appreciated.
