I see a trip to Mexico in my future...

Seriously, though, Recruiting (or Talent Acquisition) as an art is ever-evolving. It's now beginning to merge with Talent Management, which is post-hire. Recruiting is different every single day, which is what makes & keeps it fun. Technology advancements aside, I see my own future as continuing to enjoy the personal interaction with both hiring managers & candidates. It's like the saying, "Gotta dance".
