The time is almost up. Not much time left to write down what your future in Recruiting is and that future might include 5 nights at a 5 star unbelievable resort in Cancun Mexico paid in full by The Newman Group. It's a generous gift but then again it's to reward a really important and valuable thing. You. ( I know that whole thing sounded corny but it's true. Have a look at what Jerry Albright wrote. Disregard all of my comments. I was just trying to be funny).

All you need to do is create something you can share with the recruiting community about Your Future In Recruiting and put it here. Make sure you put it in the category called My Future In Recruiting. When the contest is over, Ed Newman who made this all possible will spend two weeks looking at it all and he will send one of you, and someone you want to take away with you to Mexico.While sipping tutti frutti drinks in the shade, you can feel deserving of the trip because you contributed something of real value.

What is your future in Recruiting? Do you wake up thinking that your future in this business doesn't include you? ( I hope you laugh every time someone tries to sell you something using that tactic but that's another story. Sorry to get off topic). I mean I bet your future in this business is worth writing down. Sharing it, which I hope you do, obviously does not need to be shared but if you share it, it may help others become better recruiters and if you don't share it, it will help you so it's probably a good thing to do.

All the other contests I have done on RecruitingBlogs.com usually end the same way. I pick the winner out of a hat. I have always seen the benefit of doing it that way. This time Ed is picking the winner based on who he thinks has the best future. I love it. It's funny to think of it that way.
