Need for Sample Resumes after their formatting has been jumbled by an ATS

I am trying to help a group of unemployed older job seekers understand the importance of MORE content and LESS resume formatting when they submit resumes to jobs posted online. I have found many of the ATS systems mess up the resume content of highly formatted resumes when they attempt to parse the data into the system related data fields after submission . This has actually had a negative effect on some applicants being considered when an inexperienced recruiter, HR rep or hiring manager views a poorly formatted / jumbled resume in their system. On the other hand, those who create a web friendly resume via simple Text in a word doc and no bolding, underlining, etc. seem to have less chance of this being an issue. All that said, I need help from all of you who have seen this issue in their companies and who can share a few examples of a resume that has been jumbled by an ATS as well as one that represents one in good shape. I would love it if someone can send me a few examples so I can use it in my job online search coaching workshop this weekend. Also, if anyone else has found this issue is finally NOT an issue with recent advancements in technology, then please let me know as I still keep hearing about this issue among my corporate clients and peers. Thanks in advance for your help. To email me a sample GOOD or BAD ATS Jumbled resume please send it to ckutsmode@ckrecruitingsolutions.com .
