JOB DESCRIPTION:


Hyperion/Essbase connection configuration settings Support migration of applications, databases and reports from Dev to QA to Prod Implement and maintain infrastructure security structure including adding new groups Approve of Essbase Online Authorization for new users Create/maintain network folders Monitor/maintain server utilization daily Manage FTP set ups Develop deep understanding of technology and associated components (HW, OS, Weblogic, Apache, Active Directory Hyperion (multiple components), Load Balancing) Hyperion/Essbase software installation and configuration settings Identify issue root cause and collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve. Provide direction and leadership and escalate as needed.
Work across multiple internal/external organizations, units, levels and systems to resolve issues.
Prioritize and multitask based on different issues and priorities.
Highly available based on project and support timelines.
Interact with the DBA's to coordinate DB activities in the project environment.
Have a complete understanding of a multi Abbott Windows server environments including the understanding of (IP, Domain, Performance).
Become the expert and go-to person for troubleshooting performance issues surrounding the Hyperion Design tied with Windows infrastructure.
Review Hyperion Logs to resolve errors for the user and development community.
Ensure backups and Healthchecks are monitored on a regular basis.
Interact with all areas and levels of the project and shared service teams on an as needed basis.
