I am using WizTalent where my team is very much happy and spam proof. They love using this new technology software and with a one click they can send emails to many candidates. If the reply is negative "NOT INTERESTED", just update the status in WizTalent and email is removed from their current activity email list. More result in sourcing and less time in email sending. Since my candidates never get spammed and they are happy to provide the reason why they are not interested. As a result I can follow-up them next time only with the right match, hence when I ask them next time with the suitable opportunity they get excited and feels that I am helping them. Hence I gain their respect. It is a single interface face integrated with new features , just switch the tab and you can start working on Dice, CB, Monster including LinkedIn. You need not spend much time in copy/paste the entire resume or download the resumes from the job boards, just a single click and the selected resume is routed to the submittal form where you can recheck the resumes and you think its a perfect match you can submit it by clicking Submit button, if not you can remove the resumes from the submittal queue and can add the matching resumes. It is "Skype Call" enabled, by single click you can call the candidates. Its fast simple and has user friendly evironment.
