We're a new job board that aims to do things differently from our predecessors. In simplest terms, we learn what is important to the job seeker. From one perspective, we make the job seeker's search experience as straight-forward as possible, in order to make the most of his or her time and to keep him or her coming back when they need us. From another perspective, we learn what is important to the job seeker: from jobseekers' profile information and from job seekers' activity on our website, our platform is able to learn their preferences and is thus able to present them with job opportunities to which they're more likely to respond.

What does this mean for you as a hiring manager? Consider a job posted on a traditional job board. That job board will try to get that post out to as many eyes as possible, with the hope that eventually somebody qualified will respond. The problem with this approach is that yours is not the only post on that job board: the job seeker who is qualified has probably conditioned him or herself to ignore posts from the job board because so many other (irrelevant) postings are being shown to them on a regular basis. Now consider a job posted with us. We will try to get that post out to the -right- candidate, no matter how many there may be. Your post will be one of a small number of posts relevant to that person, and your position thus more likely to be considered seriously.
