I guess I am calling on any seasoned recruiter for some tips and strategies on recruiting strategies for recruiting NSA Fullscope Polygraph, to be honest I am a fairly new recruiter and looking to take any tips really. I always have an open ear and am ready to learn from the best because I have a desire to be it, I just need to fill in those gaps of time when I am not cruising the job boards, I want to be proactive find different strategies, build my network. I am fearless on the phone and can call upon my sales skills but in the long run I am recruiting for a company which is small and competing with the big boys, especially Fullscope Polygraphs are tough, I know after working with Lockheed last spring they are in deep search. So anyone with some ideas out of the box thinking and experiences please respond with anything. I am open to any suggestions.
