Oil and Gas current salaries?

Does anybody have a current comprehensive salary survey for the oil and gas industry.  I am happy to pay for the information if anyone has something that is current as to what salary ranges they are seeing as we come out of the recession.  I have a client who is losing people and needs to know the most current data so they adjust salaries.  Upstream E & P is a concentration.

It's ever changing and there are many sources. my experience has been that what is out there at the moment is old and does not accurately reflect what is current.  I would be happy to discuss this with you.  Oil and gas, E&P is my specialty.
