Are you currently offering contract personnel to your clients? ECS functions as a back office contract staffing partner to recruiters all over the country. Maybe we can help you or your firm?

The article written by Paul Davidson in the USA Today talks about how a quarter of the workforce in this country could become temps or contract as the economy recovers over the next 5 years or so. Most of the recruiters I speak with are still only focusing on perm placements. This blows my mind. A lot of recruiters are just passing this contract business along to other recruiters when they could be making additional income by learning the contract side of the business. Perm placement is always going to be your "bread and butter" business but not offering contract personnel to your clients forcing them to go else where.

There is a big misconception out there in the recruiting industry that contract staffing is too risky and too complicated to get into. That's untrue. Contract staffing is easy, creates immediate cash flow, and its profitable. With the right contract staffing partner there is no risk to the recruiter.

My company, ECS, can help any recruiter make the transition from perm to contact. We finance your contract or temp assignment 100%, assuming all the risk. We handle the financial, legal, and administrative details so you can stay focused on what you do best - recruiting new talent for your clients. What sets ECS apart from other employment of record companies is we pay your contractor and your profits at the same time. We pay you regardless if our invoice gets paid from the client or not. Remember, ECS assumes all the financial risk. You place the candidate with the client and you get paid your profits every Friday for the length of the project - guarenteed.

Contact me if you need more information on contract staffing, would like to network, and of course if you know of anyone that could use our services.

I always recommend ECS to recruiter friends. We researched many back office providers and chose ECS. Ed Kelley and Jennifer Baxter are great to deal with, and we definitely appreciate not having to wait to be paid.
Pam, thanks so much for the positive feedback. I'll be sure to pass the compliment along to Ed and Jennifer. I just joined the ECS team and opened an office with Ed down here in Atlanta, Ga. If there is anything I can do for you just let me know.
