I haven't noticed yet. I think it is a trust issue initially.
I have seen an increase in call center/customer service positions.
I've seen a rise on the employer's side--accommodating key employees who request it and make it work. And more, and more requests to negotiate for a telecommuting option by candidates who are starting to express that as a preference.
BTW--like the visual. It's well laid out; informative and creative.
