Have you had a candidate submit you a video resume yet?
I haven't used video resumes yet - but I have noticed something else. One one search, I experimented and sent the client a picture (from Linkedin or Facebook) of some of the candidates I submitted (about 1/2). The other half had no photos.
The client rejected all but one of the candidates with photos.
Anyone care to comment?
