Today we are excited to announce our second community promotion. With the holidays quickly coming up we want to do something fun with the community so we are running a photo contest. All contest rules and details are below, but basically we are asking RBC members to upload their favorite holiday picture and include the RBC Avatar. These can be pictures from your office parties, working at your desk and/or with your family. We are looking for creativity, originality and all around holiday spirit.

First Place Prize: $150.00 Amazon Gift Card

Second Place Prize: $50.00 Amazon Gift Card

Third Place Prize: $25.00 Amazon Gift Card

How To Enter:
Include the RBC Avatar in your favorite holiday picture and upload it to the RecruitingBlog.com photo section. One entry per member and Entrant must be a member of the RecruitingBlogs.com community. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or incomplete entries or entries not received for any reason. Entries become sole property of Sponsors, and none will be acknowledged or returned. By entering, Entrant warrants that his or her entry (1) is original and does not infringe the intellectual-property rights of any third party and (2) has not won an award.

SPONSOR: RecruitingBlogs.com (“RBC” or “Sponsor”), New Haven CT 06515.

Timing: The Contest commences at 8:00 pm ET on Friday, December 9, 2011 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 29, 2011. Winners will be announced on Friday, December 30, 2011. (“Contest Period”).

Prize(s): Winners will be awarded Amazon gift cards in the following denominations: First Place – One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150); Second Place – Fifty Dollars ($50); and Third Place – Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for a designated prize or for a component thereof if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to those ages 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of RBC and their immediate families (parents, siblings and children, spouses of any of them, or persons domiciled with any of them) are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Contest Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon a participant fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Judging:
The top three entries will be selected by the RBC Staff and will be judged based on the following criteria: creativity, originality and holiday spirit. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Winner will be notified by e-mail on 12/29/11. Winner’s entry will also be published on RecruitingBlogs.com.

Winners have one (1) day from the day the Sponsor sends notification to respond to and confirm the winning entry by sending an email to Info@RecruitingDaily.com containing all information requested by Sponsor in the notification. If the initial winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited and issued to the next winning entrant. RBC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If a prize or prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and the next winning entrant will be selected. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Publicity: Participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration from Sponsor to the winner.
