Job Description • Define, in accordance with the commercial and marketing objectives and strategies, the priorities and frameworks for action from the center (commercial, promotional activity and marketing, management, reporting, etc.). Maintaining this vision of the Center updated depending on the results and / or changes in the overall policy, and so on. • Monitor and coordinate the planning of sales team in charge, maximizing synergies between commercial and promotional opportunities. Managing zones and the proper allocation and balance between workloads and business potential to be developed. • Communicate and ensure its adequate level of understanding, trade policies, plans and objectives for the Center. • To manage, monitor and evaluate the results of the activity of the center: evolution and degree of achievement of the planned goals (billing, overall efficiency, profitability by product, contained commercial segment, exposure outlets, etc.) • Managing people in the team according to the policies of HR Run the management responsibilities of persons defined in the HR policies and processes, both operational (control, holidays, etc.) and professional development of his/her team (evaluations, training, etc..).
Skill Required • University Studies, average level • Knowledge of the construction industry. • Financial Basic Knowledge: interpretation of the balance sheet and income statement of its center, development of a business plan, and so on. • Experience in managing people and teams: minimum 3 years. • Driving License (B). • Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer. • Negotiation Techniques. • Official languages in the State, in regions where they are co-official with Spanish . Fluent Italian
