I know this might have been missed by some of you, but there was a great article yesterday in the business section of Sydney Morning Herald on the RBC's Greg Savage. I asked him if it was OK to shine the spotlight on him a bit more, but it was a great read on his career.

"One of the best things about this industry is that when it works well, everyone is happy: clients and candidates,” Savage says.

It was that quote alone that summed up things so well. We have all had those moments at our desk when things line up just right and in the end it was a win/win/win.
