My title is somewhat generic but my topic is - How difficult is to have recruitment on these days in 2019. Are automatic or chatbot really dominate in the HR/Staffing process?
How all of you think about these changes? Please mentioned below.

Harry,
As a leading vendor in the Recruiting Chatbot & Automation market, I think we are just at the infancy of where the market is going.
When talking with prospects about things like Text Messaging candidates, while many recruiters have been doing this for a couple years now, I don't think we are even close to 20% of recruiters using text messaging to communicate with candidates, and text messaging candidates is one of the easiest solutions to implement.
From a recruiting chatbot solution my estimate is that less than 1,000 companies have implemented a recruiting chatbot at this point (July 2019). That number is growing quickly, but there are over 9 million companies in the US alone that are potential customers of these solutions, so again, we really haven't even started.
