I met a recruiter the other day who mentioned that his small recruitment company was working with a Project Rainmaker - in other words, someone else is finding them leads for searches.

They get the lead from the Rainmaker - and then the recruiter I know speaks to the hiring company - negotiates a deal (usually continency) and the Rainmaker gets a commssion when a placement is made.

I am seeking to speak to such "Rainmaker" companies.  Cam anyone provide details?
