We are in the process of choosing new Recruiting Software to replace a custom system we have been developing and using for 15+ years.  We have narrowed the selection down to Bullhorn, Maxhire and Sendouts.

Our objectives:

  1. Increase our ability to reach the right candidates faster and increase our fill rate
  2. Reduce administrative (non-recruitng) activities
  3. Better communicate with candidates and clients, the way they want to communicate
  4. Get out of the software business
  5. Minimize disruption to our business in the transition and ongoing (superior customer service)
  6. Better data and reports to run our business

We are a niche (primarily contengency/container) firm with 15 to 20 users and our ability to develop and grow long-term relationships is paramount to our business model.

Obviously, our potential vendors have provided their input so no need for their direct/indirect input here.  We would like to hear the Good, Bad and Ugly!!

Thanks for your input and insight!
