I am currently managing overall operations for a nationwide specialty staffing firm which concentrates in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Over the last couple of years we have continually searched for the right combination of best practice methods, recruitment tools, and social media strategies. Sometimes it seems like you need an entire division just to manage all the available choices out there. Fortunately, we settled on a few things that seem to work well for us and we also have a regular review process to insure optimal return on our investments. So what do you do in deciding on your company's ideal combination of tools and methods? Is there a formula that is tried and proven? And if not, are there examples of what consistently works and what consistently fails? I'd love to hear from you.
