If we run background screens on candidates, in order to determine their integrity and viability in a professional capacity, ultimately responsible for budgets in the 10s to 100's of thousand, even multi-millions of dollars, should the person we hire to look for these candidates also possess the same integrity?

Should a candiate's FICO score be relavant to the position they are being considered for?
