I am revisiting the technology I am using for my recruiting (I am an independent full life cycle recruiter) and would like input and recommendations on what people are using.
Key functionality I am looking for includes:
Candidate and Hiring Authority data base management
Integrated email
Searchable and cross referencing of CDS and JO forms
Outbound marketing capabilities - email / text / social media
Social Media integration
Job Board posting integration
Mobile integration
Familiar with PCR and Big Biller.
Does anyone know of / recommend a fully integrated solution for small / independent full life cycle recruiting firms ?
