Social Media and engaging internal employees

Hi!

I am looking for some great information a webinar that I can join or listen toa podcast regarding social media and internal employee engagement. Does anyone have any leads or suggestions?

Not sure about a webinar sorry Ryan, but we tried something here earlier this year. We ran a film festival nationally, for people to build clips about working for our company. The top 3 rated clips were posted on Youtube.com and the winner received $10,000. I'm not sure if it was the competition or the money, but something defintely caused a buzz around the company, and controversy with the winner :). (you can see these clips on my profile) We are also planning a competition for our staff to build the best app for our Facebook page, though ssssshhh I haven't announced that to the Executive yet :)

That said I also posted a type of warning in our latest newsletter about the professional dangers of the social media and perhaps adding too much personal stuff, like the guy who went out got wasted, commented on it on his Facebook profile and called in sick the next day. HR saw him and it got messy from there. I'm sure ERE.Net would have something, if you haven't looked there there is a host of archived webinars available.
