Good day folks -

 

I'm interested in some feedback on how you put your sourcing strategies together.  I've been doing these for quite some time, but I'm always interested in seeing how others go about doing it and any examples would be great.

 

The twist on this is that it's for an international opportunity.  For instance, Chinese certification engineers for an aerospace company.  These are folks that have to certify aircraft per the Chinese version of the FAA's guidelines.

 

Should be some fun to hear some of the feedback.
