I am reaching out to this community for those recruiters who might have had to look for Software Architects or Video Algorithm Engineers in the Broadcast industry? These people would typcially go work at places like Harmonic or Magnum or RGB Networks or Marvell?.

Yes, there is Linkedin to go after passive people. but I am trying to see where these type of people would go to look for work. Anybody out there have some suggestions since this is a tight niche of folks? Groups or Associations that was successful to you?
