The previous work of Irina, Shamaeva, Partner & Chief Sourcer at Brain Gain Recruiting previous work work Re: "Sourcing Tools" inspired me. I am very interested in "considering all available" Souring Tools to use in different industries, market segments, job functions, and locations, etc. . . .
For me one of the Sourcing Tools factors to consider is also cost in terms of dollars spent : results achieved and also total time spent : results achieved (and I have a preference in keeping them separate due to Corporate, Agency, and Independent treating both sourcing money and time differently, e.g. corporate staffs rarely factor in "the opportunity costs," agencies do sometimes, and independents always do, either formally, or informally.
Do you know of any source or reference that has done research on this topic?
Thanks, all the Best!
