Splits Question

I did splits with 3 other recruiters last year and would like to know do I need to send out a 1099 form to the other recruiters?    If anyone has experience on this I would appreciate thoughts.

Yes ,unless they are an 1120 C corp. you should get. Form w-9 from them for your records.
