Job Description | 40+ openings in Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Germany, UAE, Saudi, Spain, UK, Italy Reporting to the Director, the Manager is responsible for setting strategic direction around aftermarket activities such as repair, overhaul, spares, upgrades as well as for increasing profitably with an emphasis on international markets. This role may also support specific strategic initiatives for other business units in the region as well as lead pan-business unit initiatives in a wider context. This role will also work with the global marketing and product management and the sales teams to create a deep understanding of customer needs in region, market trends and competitive dynamics. The exciting part of this role is the opportunity to work critical strategic initiatives in EMEA and therefore only the highest calibre of candidates will be invited for interview. |
Skill Required | • Must have an Undergraduate degree in top two grade grouping in a field such as Engineering, Marketing, Finance, etc plus an MBA • 6 Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage Required skills and experience • Background in industrial automation, construction, heavy industries, OEM, aerospace, defence or similar industry with strong knowledge of both products and customers in EMEA • Must have demonstrable B2B marketing experience with a strong strategy development background. • Experience in driving Strategic initiatives in Marketing, Sales, Programme Management • Fluent English a must. Working knowledge of another European language a must • Basic Project Management Skills, Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel. • Experience/aptitude for Executive & Customer Communication (verbal and written) • Evidence of successfully operating in a complex, highly matrixed organisational structure. |
