Does anyone know a reputable talent data mining company with VERY low cost?  If so please kindly share.

I am having a hard time finding one, beside Monster, Careerbuilder, Dice and a few others.  The cost is too high for all of them.  Does anyone interested in partnering with me in building our own talent data mining company?
