So..how do you participate in TT CAfe? Is it a call, web only..it is not clear to me what the format is..

HI Rob! Thanks for your interest in Talent Talk Cafe. It's easy to participate and all you need to do is come to ReruitingBlogs.com at look for the chat screen - which is usually moved up to the top of the page. Will kcick off the chat with an intro of the guest host and topic and you can join right in with your thoughts and comments! Looking forward to seeing you there and please do let me know if you have any topics you'd like to see us address on a future Chat.

I'm looking forward to the discussion this afternoon! We've been trying to define this particular role- competitive intelligence- and look forward to some new insights.

I missed the Tuesday chat, any chance I could get a summary? I'm curious about what people thought. I am always trying to get the HR folks I work with to get more involved in the technology including social media. It's always like pulling teeth...

Jason - We do have the transcripts from Tues and I hope to have it up later today - it was a great discussion. There isn't an easy way to capture and format the chat stream. I'd appreciate your feedback after its posted to see how easy it is to read through and if it would be something we should try and post regularly.
