I've been seeing a lot of back and forth conversation regrading "Company Culture" and I can't help but to think that the arguments and point being made are really shallow. Most of which sound like a paper pusher pushing paper. They are thoughtless and regurgitated comments from other people.

As frustrating as it may be I've come across the new video of the Target Black Friday Manager giving an epic pep talk.

How's that for company culture?
