Text Messaging/SMS in recruiting

Do you currently use text messaging/SMS in recruiting? Do you think you will need to in the future? Not necessarily bulk SMS campaigns, but for one-to-one communications. Curious what the RBC members think.

We're not currently using it, but are considering such an option. We're particularly interested in a one-to-one communication.
