Thank you to all who have participated in Talent Talk Cafe chats over the past year. We've had many great conversations, generated new ideas, connected new friends and solved a few recruiting challenges along the way.

Jason and I have decided to discontinue Talent Talk Cafe on I'm in the process of exploring some new possibilities for Talent Talk Cafe that will continue to leverage the power of connecting in real-time for real conversations with an emphasis on corporate recruiters and recruiting leaders. Your welcome to follow me on Twitter @TalentSynch, connect with me through my LinkedIn profile, visit my TalentSynchronicity site and continue to connect with me here on for updates.

Thanks again for your participation in Talent Talk Cafe and join me in one final round of thank to those who devoted their time each month to facilitate Chats: Maren Hogan, Joe Gerstand, Lance Haun, Rayanne Thorn, Jerry Albright and Ben Gotkin.

And a big THANKS to Jason for providing a community and a place to host great conversations!

Thanks Susan! I only regret I didn't participate more. :)
If you want to continue on your own or with partners I have some ideas for you.

Rayanne's chat a week ago was really hilarious. And you just had the Cheez guy w mobile which was new for most of us

You have added so much to the space. For being such a great example of contribution in meaningful ways to our space, thank YOU! Looking forward to what you have coming! Upward and onward!

Thanks Susan for making this happen here on and thanks to everyone who participated. Animal, you mentioned the chat with Rayanne. I agree, I thought it was great. Made me think that if everyone knows an hour is set for whoever wants to come and say hello and talk about something without it being organized, it may be something good and might fit in better here at

Thanks again Susan

Thank you Susan and Jason for the format. It was fun!
JD, it was organized only loosely enforced. There was a topic tho I can't recall what it was. And I think the chat dealt with it but with a fair bit of off topic or tangential ad libbing thrown in. It's still available in the chatroll.

One of the most memorable for me as well was Jerry Jerry's first talk on asking tough questions. Unfortunately the cross talk in that case prevented him from delivering what seemed to be some very interesting ideas.
Thanks very much to the crew at RBC for the chats and the wonderful suggestions for better chat programs as they evolved. We have been hosting Monday night chats (9pm Eastern / 6pm Pacific) since December and it seems enough for our group to only have it scheduled once a week and certainly for me as the only facilitator. We find people on line all of the time, but at least they know that we'll be there for one hour a week. If you ever want to see what's happening in the seasonal work world, please join us.

Thanks again to especially Jason, Susan and Maren!
Sorry to see TTC go away. I enjoyed the sessions I participated in. Thanks for the opportunity. Can wait to see the next big idea from RBC.
