Will there be a future for sourcing experts like me when everybody is on LinkedIn, Twitter, Ning, or their own social networking site? Once there was a scarcity of prospects and passive candidates; now there is too many as everybody is in play ALL the time. Sourcing will evolve to become more a sifting function. But will it still command respect among recruiters and in-house HR talent managers?
