Resumebucker looks to be a web service that offers professionals an easy way to create and store their resumes online for easy distribution to potential employers. This service is free to those job seekers. Lucky for us, the resumes are on public pages, and it is easy to search this site for resumes using Google. I did a broad search at first, and my guess is that there are about 90,000 resumes on there, but I imagine that number will grow as this service becomes better known.

I got 14 results when I used the following string:

site:resumebucket.com cpa accountant public -inurl:jobs -inurl:sample

Then when I took out cpa and public, my results went up to 75.

site:resumebucket.com accountant -inurl:jobs -inurl:sample

A search for a Java developer yielded 158 hits.

site:resumebucket.com java (programmer OR analyst OR engineer OR developer) -inurl:jobs -inurl:sample

As I looked through some of he results, I noticed some had more in the way of contact information than others. There were those will full contact information including location, phone, and email, then others with email only.

A nice touch was the ability to send the poster a note from directly within the site, and also an easy way for you to email the resume to yourself.

Overall, this is not the largest resume site I have seen in terms of numbers of resumes. But it seems worth of adding to your sourcing process. You can see the actual site at www.resumebucket.com.
