I have a client who will not sponsor H1s or EADs because they would have to post their position and salary out there. They do not want to make their salaries public. Is it better to give them a TN who plans to get their Green Card on their own? Would my client still have to post the position and salary out there?

Thank you for your response but my question is to get a GC from a TN, does the company have to go through the same process by posting the position with the salary?
