I read today's email with interest. Out of the 5 discussions that were recommended, 3 had spelling mistakes. I say mistakes. I think some of the writing was meant to be like that. How do people expect to make a great impression on influential hiring managers if they can't spell? How they expect candidates to trust their careers to them if they can't spell? There is even a spell check on this box! It does not surprise me that recruitment consultants have a bad name.
