Hey folks! Been awhile since I graced these halls!

I'm currently writing an article on the top rumors that recruiting has to deal with in terms of the clients' perspectives. So far, I have come up with some ideas, but what better input than those who live the dream daily? :D

Here are some of mine:

1. Recruiting firms do not have 10 people waiting to be thrown at you when you come to them with an opening.

2. The PERFECT employee doesn't exist.

3. Recruiting firms are too expensive.
