Recruiters need to know the basic process of recruiting and the nuances of how the grey areas need to be handled. No matter how effective an application software is, the user

can not afford to miss the minuter details. Need to invite opinions on training the users.

Hi Dhruva. This is an interesting post. Are you looking for ideas on training? Are these pictures from an event you are promoting? We would love to help but we need a bit more direction here.

I am a certified facilitator for a two day recruiting workshop and I have facilitated 26 such programmes till date. The next one is at Gurgaon for a captive audience, on 6th Aug
