I have 2 solid "walk on water" candidates, both wanting to break into medical.

The first is in Boston and wants to stay there. He's already earning about 130K, so this may be a challenge....but he's worth it. 1999 grad, same Fortune 500 company since 2001, 6 Circle of Excellence wins.....interviews extremely well.

The second is in St. Louis and is willing to relocate for the right opportunity. He is a 2004 grad, and has been with the same Fortune 500 company for 2 years (2 years with an inside sales company prior), President's Club, many other awards, and top rankings. His earnings requirements are more in line with entry level medical.
