Candidates must be capable of managing themselves in a virtual work environment while completing recruiting search assignments. We are seeking individuals with the following attributes: Ambition, Coach-ability, Responsibility, Energy, Independence, and High Ethical Standards.

Successful candidates will recruit healthcare professionals via the internet, cold-calling, referrals, etc. Additional activities include following sales leads, and developing new clients. Daily responsibilities consist of heavy phone work, email communication, use of Excel, Word, and internet research tools. Additional key activities include identifying, screening and qualifying providers, negotiating compensation packages and interacting often to keep them informed about progress. Strong negotiating and closing skills are necessary and the desire for a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment a must! Familiarity with Medical Specialties and Medical terminology required. All successful candidates must have access to a home based office equipped with internet access and telephone to make unlimited long distance calls.
