Hello Fellow Recruiters!

I am in the process of interviewing for some virtual recruitment opportunities that are commission based. Since I am new to the virtual contract arena what should I look out for? What type of compensation, bonuses, resources, etc....Please share your experiences and insight.

Is there any part of recruiting that pays by the hour or by the job? If there is, I would like to be connected to someone who knows something about it as long as it doesn't cost me. I need to supplement my income while I'm building up my commission recruiter business. I just became a part of a firm which is great. I really believe I have the best chance of making it with them. But I still have a long way to go to get familiar with the clients and procedures. Meanwhile, I need more of a financial foundation under me, if that is possible and I would like this income to be related to the recruiting field.

 

I'm good on the computer, good at research, placing ads and have other talents, but not good at putting together websites and that sort of thing.
