Want to move out of the country

Hi, This is Monjurul from Dhaka, Bangladesh. An HR professional, working for 11 years, worked for Banks, manufacturing and multinaionals and the British High commission in Dhaka; obtained MBA in HRM as well as post graduate diplomna. Could anyone advise please how can I explore my career in overseas. Willing to move out of the country to have better and bigger exposures. Cheers
