What are your thoughts about Nurses being fired for refusing flu shots?

This is pretty crazy!  I'm not sure I agree with them being fired, but I do think it is part of their job description to help prevent the spread of sickness.  Maybe the hospital should have communicated the importance of this new policy a little better.
