I've been trying to let everyone know that Veruca.io can be a community build for ideas.  Afterall, I am a recruiter and always will be.....I just happened to realize that if we are going to build technology for recruiting, perhaps it should be built by recruiters....and a second generation recruiter like me.

Anyway.  I feel like companies need to work together more often so I am a fan of collaboration.  BOur products want to integrate with tools and technology within our platform to make it better but a lot of products out there are greedy and closed off.  I don't really consider anyone a competitor but more of a partner.
