What is a fair comp package for a Corporate/ In-House Recruiter?

I am considering an opportunity as a Corporate Recruiter and was asked to come up with a compensation package (Base + Commission). I've been an Agency Recruiter for 7 years so have no idea what a fair comp plan for a Corporate Recruiter would be.

I would be recruiting for the Sales department. 

Can you please help me!? Need to know typical base salaries and typical commission structures.
