The funnest one for me is almost like playing cat and mouse. I will put up yard-type signs in industiral areas or high techs centers to look for candidates and sure as the sun comes up, some of those companies call me. I think they do it to keep me from taking their people.  It is kind of like keeping your friends close a but your enemies closer. My goal is to bait them into calling. It is fun!
