We are looking to implement an efficient, cost-effective ATS that works well for the staffing business. As our company has grown we have developed the need for something that works better for us - from candidate tracking and customer management to recruiting software to posting jobs to org charts etc. - while being flexible enough that we don't get 325 features we won't use.
At the moment this seems a little bit like ordering dinner in a foreign country. So many things look interesting but we don't really know what we might get. Between web based and server based and this option and that option, I am wondering what suggestions the group might have in terms of software you have worked with that provide flexibility and efficiency.
At the moment we are looking at 5 potentials (Staff ITPro, cBizsoft, CATS, Match Hire and Bullhorn) but I would really like to get some feedback from recruiters/account managers who use ATS software all the time.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
(We are a single location agency with less than 100 people billing, but a huge database of candidates).
